Chris from St. John - August 2017

We took our four kids down for Old Home week. Stayed 5 nights. The place was big enough for all of us and had some room to spare. The location is absolutely perfect. A quick drive to Cavendish. Very close to the New Glasgow Lobster suppers. Can't ask for a better location!!! Less driving the better when you're on vacation. The place is newly renovated but they managed to still keep the PEI charm I was looking for. The yard with the fire pit was nice to relax by the river with the wife after the kids went to bed. The wine left by the hosts was a great touch upon arriving there. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, BBQ and plenty of lawn furniture. The house looks much nicer in person than it does in the pictures. Check-in was a breeze and the place was easy to find. 5 stars from me! Thanks guys.

Charming home that had plenty of space for our party of 7. Comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen and one of the best countryside views on the island. Kids loved the speedy wifi! Riverbend is close to Cavendish resort area and North Rustico so we were able to visit all the popular attractions and eating establishments in no time. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Aaron  from Ottawa - August 2017

My family and friends stayed at Riverbend for 4 beautiful summer nights. The place was amazing and we had plenty of room for all guests and a quiet place for the children to sleep while we stayed up and cooked some amazing dinners and enjoyed relaxing around the firepit. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ask for, even beach toys for the kids. The location was perfect offering a short drive or even bike ride to some of the islands best shops, restaurants and beaches. We look forward to coming back to this property for years to come! Thanks again Jennifer and Doug!

We, a family of three (Mother/Father and our 4 year old daughter) stayed in this lovely house situated in scenic farmland (there's a dairy house up the road from the house - the cows came to visit the house each morning !) The hosts were expeditious, helpful and friendly in all their responses. A bottle of wine named "Riverbend" awaited us with a personalized welcome letter on our arrival. The text and photo descriptions of the house are accurate. In fact, the photo of the lawn made the lawn appear smaller than it actually is. The house is new, clean, quiet, well equipped for cooking, and well designed/furnished for comfort and collective gathering. We ate all our self cooked meals on in the enclosed porch area with the picnic table. The grill next to the porch was excellent - we used it frequently ! The beds were very comfortable (medium firm) and all the linens/towels were high quality. We highly recommend Riverbend !

This place is absolutely fabulous!! The house has a very cozy feel and combines old school charm with modern style and luxuries. The kitchen in this century old home looks like it has been overhauled by the property brothers themselves! It is very conveniently located being only a very short drive to 3 different beautiful beaches, 25 min to Charlottetown, and close to all amenities. The fire pit next to the river is a great way to finish off your fun and adventure filled day. Jennifer and Doug provide everything you need to enjoy a stress and hassle-free vacation.....right down to a bottle of Riverbend wine as a welcome to your "home away from home". Thanks Jennifer and Doug to an amazing island vacation!!

Shannon from Quebec - July 2017

This place is beautiful! The hosts have gone above and beyond and provided information about tourist attractions, local recipes, etc. The house is very clean and although we had 7 people, did not feel overcrowded! I highly recommend this rental!

Catherine from Quebec - July 2017

Excellente endroit!
